Our flagship Bordeaux blend, Sentio, is sourced from grapes on the west side of Paso Robles. The nose offers blueberries and blackberries with hints of dark chocolate. The mouth is rich with plums and cassis with notes of black pepper and vanilla. The firm tannins lead to a long finish for this full-bodied wine.
