A bold and aromatic expression of Viognier, aged in 25% new French oak for added depth. This golden wine bursts with intense honeysuckle aromas, complemented by notes of candied kumquats, orange blossoms, overly ripe peaches with a touch of honey and vanilla spice. The palate is rich and fleshy, delivering flavors of kiwi, and pineapple, with a hint of zesty lime. Balanced by medium acidity, it finishes refreshingly long and fruit-driven. Would be wonderful with a cedar planked salmon or a mahi mahi with fruit salsa.
