Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 8 tsps Butter (room temperature)
- 1 Large egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/4 cups Flour
- 1 tbsp Summerwood Port
- 1/4 cup Dried sour cherries
- 1/4 cup Roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup White chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat the Oven to 300 degrees
- Beat the Sugars and Butter in a Kitchen Aid with a Paddle Attachment until smooth, about 3 minutes
- Mix in egg, vanilla, baking soda, and port
- Slowly add flour and salt to the bowl while mixing on a low speed
- Add cherries, chocolate chips, and hazelnuts, mix to incorporate
- Scoop out onto a parchment lined sheet pan
- Bake for 14 minutes or until golden brown
